ABOUT ME


My name is Amber Hawkins, and my work is about helping people get back in touch with themselves.

In the middle of busy lives, big decisions, relationships, and responsibilities, it can be surprisingly easy to drift away from our own inner compass. The work I do is about slowing down enough to listen again. To reconnect with what feels true. To remember what you actually want and begin aligning your life with it.

Through my Align Method, I guide people in 1:1 coaching to help them come back into alignment mentally, physically, and spiritually. When we reconnect with ourselves in this way, our goals become clearer, our relationships more conscious, and the opportunities meant for us start to unfold more naturally.

My background includes training as a certified clinical hypnotherapist, Align coach, and yoga instructor, and these modalities come together in a way that supports both deep reflection and practical forward movement.

In addition to coaching, I teach yoga in Woodstock, Vermont. My class, Morning Ritual, combines meditation, gentle movement, and relaxation to help people begin their day feeling grounded and connected.

At the heart of everything I do is a simple intention: to create spaces where people can pause, reconnect with themselves, and move toward the life that truly feels aligned.
